FOCUS OF THE DAY: HIP-HOP ARTIST CRONIN

CRONIN is a hip hop rap artist that is capable of raising any roof with his grimy, raunchy, or smoky voice. The fire that burns within him is reflected in the song even as it radiates to the listeners. It is equally catchy and refreshing.
The young talented artist has recently shared a new song entitled “All Mine”. Since we discovered the song, we play it out loud and on repeat!
Perfect vocal performance revealing Cronin’s huge talent, high-quality  RnB/trap-infused production; this is the kind of track we were looking for a while.
We can listen to “All Mine” ten times, and never be tired of it:

We invite you to discover his music right now and to discover our conversation with him below:

1. Can you please tell our readers your real name as well as your stage name?
My name is Aaron Cronin, I go by CRONIN.
2. Where are you from and where are you based?
I’m originally from Boston, but living in San Diego for the next few months.
3. What age did you start making music?
I started messing around with Garageband when I was 13 or 14, started recording vocals when I was 15 and progressed from there.
4. What genre would you consider yourself?
A big part of my sound comes from blending genres. I have songs where I’m pretty much just rapping (“Replay”) but I also have songs that feel more like dancehall (“Need Someone”). For the most part though, I would consider myself pop. Some of my favorite songs I’ve done like “Broke” and “Ride With Me” are undeniably pop songs.

5. Tell us about your latest track or Video (what is it all about) – Please explain the concept or message.
I couldn’t be more excited about the projects I’m working on right now. This July I’m releasing a song called “Paralyzed” featuring AMAG. It’s about being emotionally wrapped up in a situation with someone who may not really have your best interest in mind. It’s a difficult concept to describe, but when you hear it I think you’ll understand the nuances of it right away. I spent a lot of time on the mix, focusing on where different sounds are placed throughout the song and how they move from ear to ear in order to capture a little bit of the feeling of paralysis.
Earlier this year I got to work on a song with one of my favorite artists, so I’m looking forward to dropping that this Summer as well.
6. If you were given a chance, which artist would you love to perform with?
I think performance is all about energy. I’d love to perform with any high energy artist like Tory Lanez.
7. Where can fans find you? List all your social media links.
My music is on all streaming services as CRONIN (all CAPS). I’m @bycronin on all social media but most active on Instagramhttps://www.madebycronin.com/ is a good place to start.
