Warbler BC is the project.
And my name is Bruce Wayne Carl.
2.Where are you from and Where are you based?
Originally from NYC, but traveled West, working manual labor jobs and educating myself. I lived In Portland Oregon for time, but I ended up in Denver Colorado. I am now based in Denver.
3.At What age did you start making music?
I have always been artistic, and started drawing from the time I could lift a pencil. But tragedy clung to the artistic members of my family. And so I made up my mind that if I was to pursue an art form, it would be music. However, due to some hard circumstances, It was only recently that I began to pursue and record music.
4.What genre would you consider yourself?
My current album release has been regarded as Dream Pop, Alt-Pop, and Indie Rock. But I do not wish to be bound into any category.
5.Tell us about your latest track or Video ( what is it all about)–Please explain the concept or message.
Fair is the latest release. It has been called a “hurricane of sound”, and a “vocal showcase”. I find that songs are by their very nature mysterious, and the best of them can have many different meanings to many different people. Therefore I hesitate to define a thing, and thereby rob it of its power.
6.If you were given a chance, which Artist would you love to perform with?
There are so many incredible female artists right now. But if I had to choose one to have the opportunity to preform with it would probably be Jenny Lewis. She has truly impressed me.
