We discovered KAISER a few months ago thanks to “Pretty Face”, a beautiful addiction. The rapper is back for our greatest delight with “Things Changed”.

The track is by far one of the best rap bangers of the summer.

Musically, the backing music has an ambient, almost analog quality, with subtle tape noise and organic sounding synths cultivating an aesthetic atmosphere. It’s all very dreamlike and ethereal. Really though, it’s Kaiser’ vocals that carry the song. He has an excellent voice and can hit some impressive high notes.

I mean this guy has clearly had some training and is really a phenomenal singer. I realize it’s incredibly difficult to stand out and gain traction in a crowded genre like this, but this song has the means to do just that. It’s a very strong release.

This is honestly just perfect, press play now:

We invite you to discover his music right now and to discover our conversation with him below:

1.Tell us about Things Changed? And what’s the story behind it?
The story behind this song goes back to probably one of the hardest points in my life. I met this girl she didn’t live in the same state as me and so talking with her made things really hard. I ended up flying her out here for a week and things just clicked and felt right but after a while things got so weird. She got distant. I noticed change. She then told me a couple days after things got weird that she no longer wanted anything to do with me which left me lost and confused as to why things were fine then all the sudden “just changed’. I wrote this song as a way to help me explain how i was feeling. I was left even more confused when she wouldn’t stop texting me and calling me after she said she wanted me out of her life this is just explaining my side as to how I felt during this time in my life.
2.What makes your music unique? And how would you describe it?
I wouldn”t really call myself unique tbh. I get a lot of inspiration from many however I do believe I bring a very important aspect in my music. I Write in a way that anyone can listen and create there own story while listening and I feel like that brings more appeal to it.I would describe my music in three words catchy, relatable, and honest.
3.Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
I have many moments I am proud of but to narrow it down to 2 of the ones ill cherish forever will be getting one of my songs on Promoting Sounds, and preforming at a new years party in front of 3500 people. Ill never forget those moments because of how they made me feel it gives me motivation and hope to make my dream a reality.

4.How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
Im constantly writing and making new songs. I find my balance by limiting studio time to once a week every friday but I do schedule a lot of hours on that day to make up for the ones I miss thru out the week. I always make time for all things that are important to me and always try my best to make enough time for it all but  no matter what ill always have time for my family.
5. What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
My advice to aspiring musicians would be do it cause you love it don’t chase it for fame and most importantly believe in yourself and follow your dreams.
6. If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
To all my fans I just wanna say thank you for supporting me and believing in me I appreciate you all so much! I also wanna say that no matter how hard things may be to keep on pushing and keep your head up because nothing can stay bad forever or else you would never know the difference between a good or bad day. I believe in you all and you all play an important roll here.
7. What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
The next thing Im working on is releasing some more singles and then one day I wanna release a small ep. and go from there!
